The following position(s) are available: Manager at our new Minneapolis location:Must have Minneapolis/St. Paul master warm air, gas and refrigeration licenses. Installation: Commercial and residential retro-fit, add-on replacement, new installation. Service technician: Commercial and residential, strong Bryant/Carrier/Payne service background. Residential HVAC sales: Retro-fit, add-on replacement, new installation. Employment requirements: Technician - Installation - Sales A. Minimal two (2) years formal trade registered education for technician position B. Minimal two (2) years field experience for HVAC installation position C. Minimal two (2) years HVAC sales experience for sales position D. Medical examiners DOT certificate for HVAC installation position E. Insurance company mandated motor vehicle background check, must have clean driving record. F. Appropriate trade licenses G. Required trade tools H. Certified electric utility air condition service and installation.
