Minnesota Heating and Air Conditioning is a participating contractor that sells and installs Energy Star compliant, high efficiency furnaces, hybrid and cooling systems that qualify for the Federal Tax Credit program.
On December 17, 2010, President Obama signed into law H.R. 4853, The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010. This important tax extenders bill includes federal tax changes for individuals at all levels of income. The Federal tax credit apply to a variety of products (including installation costs) such as high efficiency heating and cooling systems and more. Maximum amount of the Federal tax credit is $500.00. The Federal tax credit begins on January 1, 2011 and expires on December 31, 2011.
