Energy Tax Credit Extended Through End of Year

Stay-at-home orders mean many of us are spending more time than ever in our homes. And when our home is comfortable and safe, we’re much better positioned to face life’s challenges.

One of the ways we can make our homes comfortable is by controlling heat and humidity. With energy efficient furnaces and air conditioners, there is both an immediate pay-off (comfort) and a longer-term one that comes in the form of lower energy use and, in some cases, increased home value.

With the extension of the Minnesota Non-Business Energy Tax Credit, and the possibility that stay-at-home orders will be extended or later renewed, this is the right time to consider a safe investment in energy efficient home heating and cooling systems.
